Refunds and Returns Policy Products and Services For any issues relating to any products and services purchased from our website, please email us at scientist@einsteinstopsecretscience.com.au or phone 1300 388 030 toll free Australia wide. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to advise us of the issue and to receive a Return Authority Number. The product must be returned to us within 7 business days of receipt of the RTA. A refund, replacement or credit will be issued to the same value of the item in question, on receipt of the item. Please note that user damage, incorrect use or misuse, is not covered by this policy. Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns, provided the item is returned within 7 business days of reciept in unused, unopened and resaleable condition. Refunds or credits does not include postage, only the value of the actual item purchased.
